the hotel is spotless with magnificent views. the location is perfect and very convenient, extremely close to the terminal. 3. the rooms are brand-new and very clean. 4. the bed is comfortable and clean. 5. the staff is very attentive. 6. the Wi-Fi is excellent. 7. the air conditioner works well.

The location of the hotel was peaceful and incredible - within easy walking distance of The Vulcan Experience Army Museum. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of decent food.

Its breakfast certainly should 've been included.

Neat units with red abstract paintings, a very comfortable bed and aircon.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a TV, hair dryer, and complimentary tea and coffee, enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning.

I book for a double room and each time I get a twin room? Why? I am usually too polite to complain but I think 3 strikes (as I will stay again) and I will have to complain. please give me a double room next time please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The failure to include breakfast in the room price I find irritating especially as the cost of breakfast is exhorbitant

the hotel is located in a very green area. the room I stayed in was modern and had shower gel. 3. the staff at the reception area were friendly and incredibly nice. 4. I had a really lovely stay at the hotel.

the size of the family rooms beds are very good for family people and the state of cleanliness was of good standard

Location to the airport.

Height of the table for the kettle, totally unsuitable for young children. Sofa bed in family room not made up. Had to request bedding from reception. Not enough towels. Ok for night before flight but would not like to stay longer.

The staff here were super friendly, quick, and really helpful - they even sorted us out with free parking! 🚗

The convenience of the location being near to the airport

We used this hotel as a stop off for our holidays. For this purpose the hotel had an ideal location for Doncaster Robin Hood Airport. Hotel was clean and functional.

The pillows on the bed were a little soft so needed 2 per person. Luckily we had a spare bed in our room so were able to use the pillows from here, but had we not had the spare bed we would have not been comfortable in bed.
